Well, it starts with what goes in and also what does not go in. Our cider has no sugar added. The sweetness you taste is the natural sweetness of fresh apples. We are gluten free and vegan as well.

The people behind ACE contribute to the success. Every batch of cider is hand-crafted by our lead Cider maker, Sava, and packaged with care by our dedicated team.

We work with great distributors throughout all 50 states of the USA to make sure our drinks are available nationwide. We also send our ciders international.

OUR HISTORY
1993 | ACE IS FOUNDED
ACE was founded by British entrepreneur Jeffrey House after the opulent apple orchards of western Sonoma County combined with his familiarity with the hard ciders of the UK inspired him to open the California Cider Company / ACE Cidery in 1993.
2021 | VWE Acquires ACE
Vintage Wine Estates adds ACE to their portfoilio. During their tenure, the Imperial line is added, giving the crisp, invigorating, and ever-so-slightly sweet ciders a kick with a higher alcohol content.
2024 | New Era
Sisters Reva Lipton & Gila Lipton Blum acquire ACE from VWE. The sisters are passionate about creating premium drinks with maximum flavor and minimal ingredients.
2024 | TODAY
ACE Cider is still hand-crafted at the original cidery in Sebastopol, CA and is one of the top-selling hard cider brands in the country.

Why can't I find ACE Pumpkin Cider?
ACE Pumpkin is a seasonal favorite! We offer it starting in August and sell it through Thanksgiving. We did not produce it 2024, as we were changing ownership.
Look out for it 2025!
